Placing My Order
Do you have a
catalog that can be mailed to me via the US Postal System? We
do not have a catalog as our products are custom made to your
measurements.
What can I do to see your products or a product
list? Your best way is to just look on our web site and see
the most up to date prices.
How do I measure my dog? To get the GIRTH (the A measurement) use
a fabric measuring tape (not a metal tape) and measure your dog around the
rib cage just behind the front legs while your dog is standing. You can
also use a string around your dog and then measure the
string.
Are there any tips for ordering from Service Dog
Equipment? Yes, make sure of your measurements. If any
questions about how to measure your dog you should contact us at:

within 48 hours.
About my Order
Why
haven't I received my order when I thought it should be
delivered? There are a few reasons why this could happen:
If you ordered on a weekend or postal holiday we are closed, other
days listed on or home page as closed can delay the processing of your
order. Most orders are shipped out in 10 days of payment being
received, it then can take 2-7 more days to get to you via US Postal
Service Priority mail depending on how far away your order has to travel
from our office in Utah. Delays do occur in shipping, so wait one more
day. If there is a weekend involved, wait till your delivery time on
Monday and see if the items arrive. If your one of our international
client the delay may be due to clearing customs. Your order could be
lost in shipment; we will gladly look up the tracking number for you and
find out where the shipment is.
What are the return policies? As all vest and
capes are custom made to the measurements you provide us, Refunds
will be limited and reviewed on a case by case bases. However if any error
was made on our part we will gladly correct it. If the error was on your
part please contact us first and we will offer suggestions on how to
resolve the issue. If you need to return it back to us, you must contact
us first. 25% Restocking charge on All returns. ID Cards cannot be
returned or refunded. Errors on our part will be corrected.

ID Cards
Can I Verify that Service Dog Equipment Issued the ID Card?
Yes you can verify we Issued the ID Card, by looking in
our ID Cards Gallery or by email at
IDs.
We will be happy to respond within 24-48 hours.
Why
does my ID Card have to expire? Due to legal reason being placed
upon us, we are being required to have all ID Card issued by us to have an
Expiration date. Further this help prevent Fraud by person wishing to
claim there dog as a service dog when it is not.

Important Information about your Service Dog ID Card Issued by
Service Dog Equipment All ID cards Ordered or Issued prior to September
15, 2011 will expire on September 15, 2012. All card ordered and issued
after September 15, 2011 will expire 1 year from date of
issue. How do I renew my ID Card? All card may be
renewed at our website (http://www.servicedogequipment.com/idcards.html)
or by fax or mail using the forms on our website. Renewals will have the
same fee and require an updated photo of the dog.
Why do you
require my dog's micro chip number? The reason is simply that it is
the only way to be sure of the ID of the dog for which we have acknowledged
as being the service dog and have issued an ID card.
Why is
your company's name and address information on the front of the ID
Cards? This information is on the card as our company is the
one that acknowledges your dog as a service dog, based on the information
you have provided and your agreement to our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy
Statement, Terms and Conditions of Use Statement and Release as posted on
our website.
Is there a minimum age for a service dog or ID card to be issued?
While there has not been a minimum age for a service dog established by law, but
there may be in the future. Minimum standards
in place within the ADA are that the dog be housebroken, have good manners
and proper obedience training. Most dogs will be
about a minimum of 1 years old before being put into service.
Therefore, we reserve the right not to issue an ID card and
will not issue for any dog less than 1 year of age.
