By producing and selling vests, capes, patches, ID cards, and/or related products or services for Service Dogs, their owner/handler's, and persons with disabilities, Service Dog Equipment,
it owners, and employees do not claim to, in any way, legally certify them as Service, Assistance, Therapy or any other service dog titles. We however with our ID cards acknowledge them
based on the owner/handler's certification and in the ordering of an ID card understand that if doing so falsely to gain access, it maybe a violation of federal, state and local laws for
which the person using the card is total responsible, and further holds no claims against, Service Dog Equipment, it owners, and employees. We reserve the right not issue any ID card and
will not issue for any dog less than 1 year of age. Neither do we claim or have the legal and/or
medical authority or knowledge to give advice on the suitability of service dogs for their handler's chosen fields, without being contract to and for those consulting services. Neither do
we collect or request medical information for the purchase of any of our products; however we may request it when you are contracting for us to provide advocate and consulting services. Nor
do we guarantee that the use of our products and/or services will legally force compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), other federal, state and local laws regarding
access. If you have any question concerning the legality of your service dog in relation to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), other federal, state and local laws
regarding access, we strongly suggest you check with experts in those fields in your local area. Though we provide advocate and consulting services, we are not attorneys and cannot provide
legal advice. We can as a third party to resolve most access issues and will refer you to a local attorney or other resources as we deem necessary for your circumstances. By submitting
photo of your dog you and or placing any order for products and/or services, either by online, fax, or phone, you agree to the terms and conditions of this disclaimer, terms of use
statement and release, and privacy policy statement.
Privacy Policy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address. We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail
address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site
registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, not shared with other organizations for commercial
purposes. We do however use the information to process orders requested and we do post picture of dogs only in our gallery. With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record past activity
at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site , customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends. If

addresses of those who access our site available to any other organizations. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on

Terms of use statement and release
I, the undersigned, do hereby consent and agree that Service Dog Equipment, its employees, or agents have the right to photographs, videotape, digital recordings, or digital images of my
service, therapy, other working, or pet dog I submit to them. I further consent to allow them the right to take photographs, videotape, digital recordings, or digital images as part of
their Advocate and Consulting services I may have contracted of them beginning on the date of contacting them for a period of 1 year or the length of the Advocate and Consulting services
contract, which ever in longer and to use these in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of Service Dog Equipment's gallery and in conjunction with
their Advocate and Consulting services as may be deemed necessary by them or and legal authority. I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text
or commentary. I do hereby release to Service Dog Equipment, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market and
sell copies. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of mine or my dog's identity or likeness in whatever media used. I understand that there will be no
financial or other remuneration for recording me, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback. I also understand that Service Dog Equipment is not responsible for any expense
or liability incurred as a result of my participation in this recording, including medical expenses due to any sickness or injury incurred as a result. I represent that I am at least 18
years of age, have read and understand the foregoing statement, and am competent to execute this agreement and that I may execute this agreement electronically by the use of and submission
to Service Dog Equipment's website, and or electronic means (email, fax, etc) and or physical means (postal mail or any other carrier) as part of the terms of use agreement and conditions.
